Weekly lesson plans range from character prep\, script analysis\, adjusting performance to specific genres with an intense focus on both popular comedies and dramas. This course will dive deep into the science of auditioning – from the entrance to the slate\, ensuring you are prepared to deliver dynamic and memorable performances. When not performing\, students help operate the cameras to better understand how the camera sees the world. By doing so\, students learn to better shape performances for the camera\, from the master\, to the over-the-shoulder to the close-up. This class includes warm-up games and celebrates all aspects of acting for the camera.

The characters don’t necessarily need to be “on a zoom call” together… they could be anywhere! In the same place or in two exotic locations\, on a rollercoaster\, an island\, in an alien universe… the possibilities are endless! This challenge is open to all ages and can be any genre.  \n\n\n\nCATEGORIES All entries will be considered for the following categories and will be judged by our Film Jury Committee.
