Camp Ready, Set Act!

| DATES July 31st- August 4th TIME 9 AM-4 PM AGES 10-18 LOCATION Burbank CAMP READY, SET, ACT!!! is a nuts and bolts, essential camp that is designed to help actors prepare to work in a professional setting. Actors learn crew positions and set terminology, how to break down their scenes, how to develop a character and create a blocking template that serves their objectives. Students also learn how to hit their marks without looking down to be able to deliver a performance that is completely designed to be captured by the camera. HD cameras will be rolling and monitors will be set up to help actors check their progress. Actors may also be asked to work as crew members in order to better understand what the crew needs from actors in order to capture the best sound, picture, lighting and performance. |
